At Windart Academy our passion is to connect people in love with sailing to a career within the industry. Our mantra of “train to work” underpins everything we do. No matter who you are, level of training or educational background, we help you overcome the initial barriers to working in the challenging and rewarding marine industry. At the Academy we have carefully selected certified and RYA trained instructors, experienced Skippers with more than ten thousand miles and decades of experience in flotilla, to help participants achieve their desired professional qualifications. Once qualified, we take successful graduates through on the job training to work into Windart Flotillas Experiences such CrazySail, SailNext, Discovery Routes and much more!

Our program is an experience entirely dedicated to holders of a boating license (or other qualifying certificates). Our instructors will conduct theoretical and especially practical lessons, supervising each individual maneuver of the participants. Together they will test the abilities of all and teach their “secrets” with a view to continuous improvement!
